Yesodey Hatorah Girls Excel in Their GCSEs

- 47% of all grades were 9-7 or A*-A
- 92% of all entries were 9-4 or A*-C
- Almost 10% of all grades for the new GCSE achieved a top grade of a 9
- Almost a quarter of students achieved 9-7 or A*/A grades in 8 or more subjects

- 67% of all students achieved 5 or more GCSE results at Grade 5 (strong pass) or higher, including English and Maths
- 82% of all students achieved 5 or more GCSE results at Grade 4 (pass) or higher, including English and Maths

Yesodey Hatorah Senior Girls' High School pupils excelled in their GCSEs this year with 92% of entries receiving A*-C or 9-4. 47% on entrants received an A*/A or an equivalent, with 14 students receiving an 9 -7 or an A* or A grade in 8 or more subjects.

The school's Attainment 8 score (A8), reflecting the total grades per student on average, was 58.4, compared to a national average of 46.4. The school's Progress 8 score (P8), reflecting the progress made per student on average, was 1.21, compared to a national average of 0. This means that, on average, student GCSE results were almost 1 and a quarter grades higher than would have been expected when they started secondary school. This is a superb outcome.

Across all subjects students far exceeded the national average of 20.5% at level 7 (grade C equivalent) and above. In particular, this year's cohort out-performed the previous year in Maths and English, despite incredibly challenging circumstances including a well-documented agenda-led OFSTED inspection.

Rabbi Avrohom Pinter, the School's Principal said: "Our students always amaze us with their results and this year's pupils have achieved more than we could have ever imagined. To set aside the disruption and emotional distress students faced at the hands of OFSTED's secularist agenda is a tribute to our students' abilities and the fantastic team we have at Yesodey Hatorah Senior Girls' High School. I wish the girls every success in the future."
